Feeling ill. Perhaps a cold? The flu? *sniff cough sniff*
Sore throat, blocked nose.. and the worst of all no sudafed. Forgot to buy. So bad of me.
Towards the end of the day, I could hardly talk.. people keep telling me what to do, so I did.
And supposedly I'm not supposed to smoke when I'm ill, so I have been tryin not to but who can resist? Then somewhat regret afterwards.

I shall rest now, hope to be better when I wake up tomorrow... Such a chilli night. Need warmth, who wants to join me in bed? haha =P

I was invited to join the Gelare Club tonight. Just got home actually.
Went down to Carousel Gelare with the usual gang (Pam, Cherry, Sandra, Esther, Kelwin) and just sit there, tok kok, bitch about ken.

Decided to head down to 24hour cafe but for reasons I cant be bothered typing at this time of the morning, we ended up goin elsewhere for chilli mussle. Takeaway that back to Pam's place as Cherry was so desperate to watch this Korean movie (which I found out that she had watched like a million times before.. or maybe not a million but like twice) and she kept talkin and talkin and talkin for the first several minutes about the movie until she got the idea finally to keep the story to herself. Supposedly we would be able to cry in this movie but because we had people makin comments and stuff, we ended up laughin and salah-ing for almost the entire duration of the movie. But all in all, a good night spent with greatest bunch of friends.

But for now.. good night...

The continuous steep incline that I constantly climb. Timely and requires more effort than I thought I could provide. It seems that no matter how far I climb, I cannot see the peak. Once at the top I wonder what will be there. Will it just be a road leading down hill? Will there be a bouquet of flowers blossoming? Perhaps a magnificent scenery? Who knows, the only way of finding out is to keep climbing. Don't know how long it will take but one thing is for sure, I will find what is destined to be there. I'm getting tired and restless. Should I continue? Should I camp here? Or should I just turn around back down where I had climed?

Went to Mervin's house last night. He cooked dinner for me. Steak, pasta and prepared salad. Steak was so huge. Some more there was 1 and half steaks for each of us. It was delicious though, although struggled to finish the last few bites.

Whilst eating started to watch Unleashed. But then somehow we stopped watching after we finished our meal.

His friends arrived awhile later as it was one of them's birthday. Then started to drink Baileys and eat delicious strawberries that Mervin had prepared, with Gin and Sugar (I think). Then started Unleashed again. It was not a bad movie, story line was a bit non-existant but all in all it was good.

After his friend left we just started to surf around, download songs n mtv, and talk crap till like almost 4am, then decided to call it a night.

Thanks for your hosiptality Mervin!! I enjoyed it.

Birthday Bash @ MetroCity

Saturday was.. very short lived.

Hours before going to metros, I was attending a gathering at Andy and Jason's place. I'm still wondering whether it was a farewell to Jason who has left for Canada or it was a housewarming party. Now that the thought is in my mind, perhaps it was both. Hmm..
The guests who attended had also passed me a gift for me for my birthday. Nice outer from esprit and a gift voucher from myer. Thanks guys!!
I had to leave early so I could go home, shower and get changed.

Arriving at metros just around 2130, and ofcourse I went straight to the orange bar where I had booked just because Jiawah works there and that she can be "present" in the fun, sort of (and ofcourse the discounted drinks and/or double-shot-when-its-supposed-to-be-single-shot drinks). I don't know when I started to drink. Probably before 10. I do remember whom I had drinks with.. well some of them anyway, despite the results of that night.

As expected I got smashed and intoxicated like hell.. Must apologize to everyone.. sorry.. and thanks to Mervin for taking me home and taking care of me until Dewi came back home.

I'm 21!!!!
Wowww.. probably the best celebration that I have had. Ofcourse thanks to all my friends who spent the day with me. Especially Ken. Thanks matey mate!!

My birthday started with lunch at Cafe Angazi @ Curtin. Ken left his class early so we could reserve tables.. 3 tables to be exact. Although we only ended up using 1.. then later on 2..
Sandra, Cherry, Yuan, Esther, Ken, Miki and Val who turned up to celebrate the occassion and to witness some embarassing moments.. Thanks guys/gals!! Embarassing? Yes.. 40 plus layers of wrapping to unwrap... oh gosh..

Since it was my birthday and all, I managed to make Ken skip his classes (3 classes) for rest of the day and accompany me to do bit of grocery for the steamboat dinner to be held at my house later that night.

So who turned up? Ken (yes.. him again), David, Mervin, Mel, Lynliz and Stuart. Lots of food I guess, lots of cake!! Lot of laughters and cheers. Some random weird ass topics we talked about as expected coming from my group of friends (in a complimented way ofcourse).

Despite the firm warnings of me mentioning I didn't want any gifts.. I received some, and thank you very much every one!!

On saturday will be more celebration @ Metro City so everyone better turn up!! and lets all get trashed!! Whippiiiiieee!!

I shall upload Bday photos when the last of photos are taken this weekend.

Here I am sitting in CBS lab.. wondering to myself, why am I posting a post from school?

The past week was rather busy.. I wish I could say busy with work but the truth is that I was busy with friends and alcohol. Wed, met up with Jesi @ UWA and had a beer with him.. Thursday was Mambo night... and I could talk about a whole lot of event which had occured. Or rather one even in particular... Friday night went to Sandra's place for potluck and ofcourse drinking, that was interesting.. Saturday I thought I will be good to myself and NOT drink or go out.. but hey.. wot the heck.. Went to metros and drunk a bit here and there. Metros was rather SHIT. They played rather strange selection of music but I guess when ppl are hi, it doesnt tend to bother that much. Sunday wasnt drinking as such, but just had one light drink only.

Couple of days till my 21st birthday. Got heaps planned. Saturday will be metros but they better have good music i tell ya.

I appreciate the fact that I've been kept busy. There is no thinking required of all unncessasry crap. As mentioned, although busy, I've been enjoying every moment. Been out lots, been to casino often enuff, catching up with loads of friends. The only thing that is affected in a negative way is my bank balance (no, not from the casino). There is another but I'm not gonna bother going into detail.

Am I stupid? Am I dumb? It's not the first time it's happend. Any sane person would have learnt his/her lesson by now. Yes, Im talking about forgetting my ID. Had fun during dinner, yet the events following wasnt terribly exciting. No ID, couldnt go into Casino whilst all others did (not that I can blame them since it was my fault). So I had no choice but just to go home, only to be surrounded by scary people at Burswood trainstation. But atleast I didnt get mugged, not that I had much on me anyway =)

Last Saturday at Metros were MAD. I am truely not a R&B person. But with enough alcohol to get the engines going.. woah!! Thoes who had to deal with my drunkness, I do apologize for any inconvenience that I may have caused, if I was rude then I do sincerely apologize, dont take it personally since I cant exactly remember (aka I was trashed). Salty porridge, "black" tea, just to name a few which was told to me by others in the following days after the event.
All in all it was an excellent night out, and thanks to thoes who allowed me to get home safe and sound.
